Rafael González Díaz, CEO of the business internationalization consultancy ASICOMEX, is a lawyer registered with the Madrid Bar Association and an expert in internationalization and strategic alliances. He served as Business Development Director and was responsible for the implementation in Spain of the American technology company eStara for four years. He was a partner for 16 years at the Madrid-based law firm Estudio Jurídico Intercontinental. He is a Business Development Consultant at ECIJA Advisory and an Internationalization Advisor for Confassociazioni España. He holds a Law Degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid, a Master's Degree in Business Law from IE Business School, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He communicates professionally in English and Portuguese.

ISMAEL MARTÍN

Senior professional with more than 30 years of experience in the implementation and execution of internationalization strategies and projects.
Ismael has worked in sectors such as international banking, developing his professional management skills in countries like Algeria and Morocco, in International Financial Institutions for the African continent, as well as gaining solid experience in foreign trade and structuring complex specialized international financing operations. He also serves as an accredited advisor for the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX), ACCIÓ, and other Spanish international promotion agencies, developing internationalization plans for Spanish small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). His experience in international business has led him to become involved in university teaching in In-Company Programs focused on business internationalization.

Khemissi Safsaf

Khemissi Safsaf is the Director of International Relations at ASICOMEX, a business internationalization consultancy. He is a senior consultant specializing in foreign trade and internationalization for North African markets. He holds an MBA in International Business from ESC Auvergne Business School and a degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Lyon 3 in France. With over 20 years of experience in foreign trade, international project management, government tenders, and strategic alliances, he served as International Business Manager at the law firm Estudio Jurídico Intercontinental in Madrid for 11 years. He is currently the Delegate for Confassociazioni España in North Africa and Of Counsel for the law firm ECIJA Advisory in North Africa. He is bilingual in French, Spanish, English, and Arabic.

Santiago Tiana
Santiago Tiana has extensive experience in the financial sector, specializing in international banking, trade finance, foreign trade, operations, and strategic project management. Throughout his career, he has held key positions at Banco Sabadell, leading initiatives in Andorra, Spain, Morocco, and Portugal.
He played a particularly important role in the establishment of Banco Sabadell in Portugal and Morocco, leading the bank's development in both markets from the ground up, including operational structuring, financial product development, regulatory compliance, and business consolidation. Furthermore, as Director of the Ofex program, he spearheaded the implementation of a control model aligned with cluster policies, improving data analysis and operational efficiency.
He currently works as a Senior Advisor, providing strategic vision and executive experience to organizations and management teams in areas such as international business development, optimization of operating models, governance and decision-making in complex and regulated financial environments.
He also writes a column for Via Empresa, where he shares analyses and reflections on economics, business, and the financial sector from a practical, experience-based perspective. A passionate sports enthusiast, he finds values in discipline and effort that he applies to both his professional and personal life.

JAUME RUIZ
Jaume is a professional with more than 35 years of experience in Health Sciences, specializing in pharmaceutical R&D, galenic development, scaling and launch of new drugs.
She has extensive experience in Innovation Management in Technology Transfer Offices of public institutions of biomedical research and healthcare innovation, as well as consulting in the sector.
He has led strategic plans for public and private entities, the creation of business plans, licensing agreements and innovation management in health projects.
Expert in technology assessment and valuation, mentoring for entrepreneurship in Life Sciences and ISCIII accreditations for health research institutes.
Founding partner of a company specializing in the recruitment and selection of healthcare professionals, with operations in Spain and Latin America.
Regular speaker at conferences and universities, trainer in his areas of expertise.

JORDI SALVADOR
Jordi is an Interim Manager and consultant with extensive experience in optimizing business results. He specializes in redefining internal and external processes to increase efficiency, improve purchasing and inventory management, and reduce costs.
Analyzes the potential of new markets, maximizes sales efficiency, and evaluates options such as teleworking, in addition to training leaders and teams in key competencies.
She has experience in financial, service and industrial companies, focused on trade, negotiation and innovation, with a strong international vocation in import and export.
Regular manager and motivator of teams, responsible for innovation in products and strategic solutions, promoter of innovative brands in Spain and explorer of foreign markets.

GONZALO MARTIN
Gonzalo Martín Fernández is a professional specializing in international relations and foreign trade between Spain and Algeria.
As Commercial Director of the Spanish-Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIHA), he leads trade missions, investment forums and strategic agreements.
With over two years of experience in Algeria and a wide network of local contacts, he facilitates access to business opportunities.
She holds an MBA in International Business (ICEX-CECO) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Comillas). She has advised more than 50 Spanish companies on their entry into the Algerian market and managed teams of up to 36 people. She speaks six languages, including Spanish, French, Algerian Arabic, and Italian.

Sabrina Chabour
An expert in internationalization and B2B strategic development between Spain and Algeria. With a solid academic background at Spanish universities, she holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, a Master's degree in International Trade, and is currently pursuing a PhD in International Relations at the Diplomatic School of Spain in Madrid.
With over 10 years of experience, he has supported Spanish companies in their expansion into Algeria, leading market research, organizing trade missions, as well as comprehensive customer follow-up and coordination of international projects, combining knowledge of both markets with a network of contacts and operational experience that facilitates the success of the companies he advises.
Liseth Monticone
Liseth Monticone is a strategic consultant in innovation and business development.
She has a degree in Business Administration and Management and a master's degree in Innovation and Business Project Development.
She has experience as an innovation manager throughout the packaging value chain, which has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of sectors such as food and beverages, tiles and industry in general.

Nicolás Almeyda
A lawyer from Externado University of Colombia, specializing in the management and regulation of ICTs, telecommunications, and the digital ecosystem, he holds a Master's degree in Administrative Law and a Master's degree in Economic Law from the same institution. He has served as an advisor to the Communications Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies, was Director of the Communications Industry at the Ministry of ICTs, and has published several articles in academic journals and the book "Supervision of Cryptoassets in Colombia" with the publisher Tirant lo Blanch.

Miguel Carrera
Miguel Carrera is an Industrial Trades Manager and Senior Audiovisual Technician based in Germany, where he has built a solid professional career in international logistics, supply chain management, and foreign trade between Spain and Germany. With experience in managing high-volume operations, strategic purchasing, and coordinating cross-border supply chains, he possesses in-depth knowledge of the German market and its network of SMEs and Mittelstand (small and medium-sized enterprises). He has collaborated on internationalization and bilateral trade development initiatives, supporting companies in their entry into and consolidation within the German market. His expertise encompasses the agri-food sector, the optimization of logistics processes, and operational automation.
