Rafael González Díaz

Rafael González Díaz is CEO of the business internationalization consultancy ASICOMEX, a lawyer registered with the Madrid Bar Association, and an expert in internationalization and strategic business alliances.


Throughout his career, he has served as Business Development Director and was responsible for the implementation of the North American technology company eStara in Spain for four years. He was also a partner for 16 years at the Madrid-based law firm Estudio Jurídico Intercontinental.


Currently, he combines his work at ASICOMEX with his role as a Business Development consultant at ECIJA Advisory and as an Internationalization advisor for Confassociazioni España.


He holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid, a master's degree in Business Legal Advice from IE Business School, and a postgraduate diploma in Commercial Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He communicates professionally in English and Portuguese.

Ismael Martín

Ismael Martín is co-founder of ASICOMEX and Director of Strategy and International Projects. He has over 30 years of experience in the implementation and execution of business internationalization strategies and projects.


Throughout his career, he has worked in sectors such as international banking, developing his professional management skills in countries like Algeria and Morocco, in International Financial Institutions for the African continent, as well as gaining solid experience in foreign trade and structuring complex specialized international financing operations. He also serves as an accredited advisor for the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX), ACCIÓ, and other Spanish international promotion agencies, developing internationalization plans for Spanish small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). His experience in international business has led him to become involved in university teaching in In-Company Programs focused on business internationalization.

Eid Twal

Director of Strategic Alliances and Institutional Relations


Eid Twal holds the position of Director of Strategic Alliances and Institutional Relations at Asicomex Global Partners, where he drives the firm's expansion in Latin America, Europe, the Arab world, Africa and Asia.


A multilingual professional specializing in business development and a licensed lawyer in Brazil, Eid is fluent in Arabic, Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese, acting as a bridge between Europe and the Arab world in sectors such as sports, sports technology, education, tourism, infrastructure, and technology.


He also advises the company on public and institutional relations and assists clients with internationalization processes, import and export operations, financial structuring, and investment in the Arab world and Brazil. He is currently leading Asicomex's entry into African markets while developing the firm's strategic approach for Asia.


Eid combines extensive experience in institutional negotiation and deal closing with a continued focus on relationships with sovereign and institutional investors, particularly in the GCC region and the wider Arab world. He holds AI Fluency certifications from Anthropic, including the Teaching the AI Fluency Framework certification, co-issued with University College Cork, which underscore his innovative approach to consulting and program design.

Marina Rayón

Director in Agri-food, Cosmetics and Halal Development


Marina Rayón is the CEO and founder of Wingstosell, a consultancy specializing in international expansion and language adaptation for businesses. Since its founding in 2021, the firm has developed innovative and sustainable projects in the food, industrial, tourism, and sports sectors, supporting companies in their entry into and consolidation within international markets.


She has over 15 years of experience in foreign trade and international market development.


She combines a solid academic background with a practical, results-oriented approach. She holds a degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a diploma in Tourism from the University of Oviedo, a master's degree in International Business and Languages from Zhejiang University in China, and is a specialist in Export from the Oviedo Chamber of Commerce.


She speaks English, French, Mandarin Chinese, and Italian, and is a certified translator with the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She is also a certified consultant with ASTUREX. Under her leadership, Wingstosell is an official SAP Business Network provider and has received the Woman Owned seal from WeConnect International, which internationally recognizes women-owned businesses.


Originally from Asturias, Marina enjoys hiking with her family and is part of the Board of Directors of FEDA, the Federation of Businesswomen and Executives of Asturias.

Santiago Tiana


Santiago Tiana has extensive experience in the financial sector, specializing in international banking, trade finance, foreign trade, operations, and strategic project management. Throughout his career, he has held key positions at Banco Sabadell, leading initiatives in Andorra, Spain, Morocco, and Portugal.


He played a particularly important role in the establishment of Banco Sabadell in Portugal and Morocco, leading the bank's development in both markets from the ground up. His work included operational structuring, financial product development, regulatory compliance, and business consolidation.


Also, as Director of the Ofex  program, he promoted the implementation of a control model aligned with cluster policies, improving data analysis and operational efficiency.


He currently works as a Senior Advisor, providing strategic vision and executive experience to organizations and management teams in areas such as international business development, optimization of operating models, governance and decision-making in complex and regulated financial environments.


He also writes a column for Via Empresa, where he shares analyses and reflections on economics, business, and the financial sector from a practical, experience-based perspective. A passionate sports enthusiast, he finds values in discipline and effort that he applies to both his professional and personal life.

Jaume Ruiz


Jaume Ruiz is a professional with more than 35 years of experience in Health Sciences, specializing in pharmaceutical R&D, galenic development, industrial scaling and launch of new drugs.


He has extensive experience in innovation management, especially in technology transfer offices of public institutions of biomedical research and healthcare innovation, as well as in specialized consulting for the health sector.


Throughout his career he has led strategic plans for public and private entities, as well as the creation of business plans, licensing agreements and innovation management projects in the healthcare field.


He is an expert in technology assessment and valuation, mentoring entrepreneurial projects in Life Sciences and ISCIII accreditation processes for health research institutes.


He is also a founding partner of a company specializing in the recruitment and selection of healthcare professionals, with operations in Spain and Latin America. He regularly participates as a speaker at conferences and universities, and conducts training in his areas of expertise.


He holds a degree in Pharmacy, an MBA, a Master's in Project Management, and is a pharmacist specializing in Industrial and Galenic Pharmacy, as well as in Drug Analysis and Control. He is the co-author of the book "Innovate or Work" and is listed as an inventor on two patents related to pharmaceuticals.

Jordi Salvador


Jordi is an Interim Manager and consultant with extensive experience in optimizing business results. He specializes in redefining internal and external processes to increase efficiency, improve purchasing and inventory management, and reduce costs.


He analyzes the potential of new markets, maximizes sales efficiency, and evaluates options such as teleworking, in addition to training leaders and teams in key competencies.


He has experience in financial, service and industrial companies, focused on trade, negotiation and innovation, with a strong international vocation in import and export.


Regular manager and motivator of teams, responsible for innovation in products and strategic solutions, promoter of innovative brands in Spain and explorer of foreign markets.


A graduate in Geography from the UAB, with training at IESE, Vanderbilt University (USA) and Ludwig Maximilian University (Munich), author of the book “Mountain and Business” (Desnivel Publishing, 2022).

Sabrina Chabour


Sabrina Chabour is Country Manager in Algeria and an expert in business internationalization and B2B strategic development between Spain and Algeria. She has a strong academic background from Spanish universities, including an MBA in Business Administration, a Master's degree in International Trade, and doctoral studies in International Relations at the Diplomatic School of Spain in Madrid.


With over 10 years of experience, she has accompanied Spanish companies in their expansion into Algeria, leading market studies, organizing trade missions, as well as comprehensive customer follow-up and coordination of international projects, combining knowledge of both markets with a network of contacts and operational experience that facilitates the success of the companies she advises.

Sonia Kazdagli is Country Manager in Tunisia and a professional specializing in business internationalization. Nicolás Almeyda


Nicolás Almeyda is the Country Manager in Colombia. He holds a law degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia and specializes in the management and regulation of ICT, telecommunications, and the digital ecosystem. He also holds a master's degree in Administrative Law and a master's degree in Economic Law from the same university. Throughout his career, he has served as an advisor to the Communications Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies of Colombia.


He also served as Director of the Communications Industry at the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications (MinTIC) and has published numerous articles in academic journals, in addition to the book "Supervision of Cryptoassets in Colombia," published by Tirant lo Blanch. His profile combines legal experience, regulatory knowledge, and a strategic vision regarding digital transformation, telecommunications, and business development in Colombia.

Danilo Lozano Junior


Danilo Lozano Junior is the Country Manager in Brazil. He is a lawyer specializing in tax and real estate law, as well as a senior consultant in foreign trade and internationalization of companies in the Brazilian market.


He has 30 years of experience advising multinational companies on legal, commercial, and strategic matters. He is a partner at LVA Advogados, based in São Paulo, where he assists companies in their implementation, growth, and consolidation processes in Brazil.


He is bilingual in Portuguese and Spanish, and also has professional proficiency in English and Italian. He currently serves as president of Confassociazioni Brasil.

Liseth Monticone is Country Manager in Argentina and a strategic consultant in innovation and business development.

Miguel Carrera is Country Manager for Germany, where he has built a solid professional career in international logistics, supply chain management and foreign trade between Spain and Germany.


He has experience in managing high-volume operations, strategic purchasing, and coordinating cross-border supply chains. His knowledge of the German market and its business landscape, especially SMEs and the Mittelstand, allows him to support Spanish companies in their entry and consolidation in Germany.
